JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director. The Manager ensures that all Associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policies and service standards. The Manager also cultivates strong relationships with the community, other professions and key influencers in conjunction with agency and company goals.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of a Nursing Program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum five years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health, plus two years of progressive management experience required (for total of seven years), preferably in home health which could include 'back office operations' of home health quality management, staff orientation and education, patient intake, scheduling and staff management or supervision.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
Valid Georgia Driver's license.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and accrediting organizations' regulations and standards required.
OASIS experience required.
