In Home Caregiver

Duties:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation.
- Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- First aid certification is a plus but not required to be hired, we will get you into a class.
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining their dignity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Be able to pass a fingerprint background check (we pay for)
