Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and customer service
- Manage and lead a team of bakers and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Train new employees on bakery procedures and standards

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Experience in food service industry, particularly in a bakery setting
- Proficiency in shift management to ensure smooth operations during opening and closing hours
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Proven track record in team management and fostering a positive work culture
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a food service establishment is preferred
- Expertise in food service management with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Background in restaurant or kitchen operations to streamline workflow and optimize productivity

Pay: $18.81 - $22.65 per hour
