Pickering & Company is looking for an experienced Multi-Site Student Housing Property Manager to join our team!

This position will consist of managing a Student Housing Property that is near UNCG within multiple Apartment Buildings near UNCG.

Ideal candidate would have the following experience and skills:

- Experience as a Property Manager in the Apartment/Multi-Family Property Management Industry required

-Student Housing experience a PLUS

-Have basic accounting and Microsoft knowledge

-Experience with Budgeting and Financials

-Must be a team player

-Have initiative and a strong work ethic

-Have the ability to work in a fast paced office

- Be able to work as a team

-Appfolio experience a plus

-Marketing experience with social media and online marketing services/ILS

-Be goal oriented and be able to execute a plan to achieve those goals

-Be available when needed on weekends; Student Housing properties will require weekend hours during lease up, turn and move in seasons.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
