We are growing our Recovery Housing Department.

This is a 2nd Shift Position from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm.

Brief Job Description: This employee will be responsible for providing case management services at Pickaway Recovery Housing. Employee will also be responsible for meeting productivity standards and ensuring prompt timely and accurate documentation of services provided, as well other duties as assigned.

Education/Skill Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent Electronic Health Record skills

Daily Percentage of Job Duties

Case Management Services 60 – 70%

Documentation of Case Management Services 15 – 20%

Other duties as assigned 15 – 20 %

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
