Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Courtesy Associate to join our team. As a Courtesy Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a part-time position.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly assistance throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays
- Operate the cash register for customer transactions
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Provide support to other departments as needed, such as jewelry sales or wireless sales

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the store
