Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Utility Clerk. As a Utility Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. This is a clerical position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in computerized systems
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
