Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product offerings
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or electronics sales is desirable
- Experience in providing product demonstrations is an advantage
- Must be organized and detail-oriented to handle cash handling accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
