Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety

- Taking and placing orders and delivering orders to customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to provide excellent service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server/bartender or in a related role
- Proficient in cash handling, basic math, and using a cash register or POS system
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: $4.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
