• Start Date: December 1, 2022
• Duration: On-going
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Schedule: Open – ideally 7 days on and 7 days off
• Patient Ages: Adult
• In-Patient/Out-Patient: Inpatient
• On Call: yes – in house call 6p-7a
• Support Staff: CRNA
• Charting/Dictation: EMR

Requirements:

• Current State Medical License or ability to get licensure
• Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC
• DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes
