Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers is Hiring a Physical Therapy Aide Near Fairfield, CT

Part-Time Physical Therapy Aide opening in a private practice physical therapy clinic in Fairfield, CT.

We are looking for an outgoing, dependable individual to assist in the delivery of quality patient care under the direct supervision of a physical therapist while also maintaining a clean work environment. Exercise science background and/or prior PT Aide experience preferred. Applicants must be available year-round.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient therapy environment and assist with patient care as directed by the clinical staff
  • Greet all patients in a friendly and courteous manner, observe patients during treatment and report changes in patient's condition to clinical staff
  • Clean treatment tables, equipment and surfaces and keep supplies stocked
  • Requires various forms of physical effort such as standing, squatting and bending
  • Assist with front desk duties such as answering the phone, scheduling, taking payments, etc.
