Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Developing high-quality code in a timely manner, inclusive of debugging and documentation.
2. Working with internal customers and production teams for problem analysis and improvement solutions.
3. With experience, software engineers will participate and / or lead teams, on an ad-hoc basis, in support of strategic objectives. 

Experience / Skills

1. Programming expertise – Perl, Java, Javascript, JSP, PHP, HTML, JDBC and Bash script under Linux environment.
2. Familiar with Oracle database system and Mysql database system. Experience in database schema design and SQL programming.
3. Familiar with J2EE with Tomcat application server architecture and Apache webserver.
4. Experience in Agile software development methodology.
5. Experience as backend software engineer. 
6. Willingness to learn photomask manufacturing processes. 
7. Solid communications, technical writing and training skills
8. Must be extremely detail oriented, with strong time management and follow through to escalate key issues and apply solid analytical and problem solving skills.
9. Positions scaled to experience. For the right candidate with solid programming experience, willing to training for specific skills like Perl Programming Language.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Associated of Science degree in Computer Science preferred.
