What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Database Analyst to work on transforming contact centers in both wealth and commercial banking ultimately with generative AI and LLMs.

Designation: Database Analyst

Location: Pennington, NJ (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• 7-10 years in IT; 5-7 years in a DB2/Mainframe developer role
• Skillful in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems, and building solutions for fulfilling those requirement's.
• Critical thinker with superior written and oral communication skills as well as meeting facilitation skills
• Be able to write database queries and navigate database schemas in order to support analysis effort
• Experience in Agile methodology
• DataStage and Cobol Mainframe programmer with strong analytical and design skills.
• Has to be able to work independently and deliver high quality results.
• Will be responsible for application design, development, code reviews, writing and maintaining programming documentation, project coordination, and deployment support.
