Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing, loyalty, and MarTech teams to understand their data needs and challenges.
- Design and develop data architectures that support efficient data collection, storage, integration, and analysis.
- Implement data solutions using relevant technologies such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Work with data engineers and analysts to develop and implement data models.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and developing data architectures for marketing, loyalty, and/or MarTech applications.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working with big data technologies (a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
