Ifix and Repair specializes in retail sales of a wide range of cellphone accessories and offers repair services. From protective cases and screen protectors to chargers, Air Pod cases, batteries, and replacement parts, we're dedicated to providing our customers with top-notch products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist customers in finding the perfect accessory or repair solution for their needs
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is preferred but not required; we're looking for individuals with a willingness to learn and grow
