Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a real impact on patients' lives? Phoenix Renewal Treatment Services is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to our patients undergoing treatment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the treatments they need in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and procedures.
- Document all care provided in the patient's medical record, weekly charting.
- Collaborate with treatment team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional setting (hospital, clinic, etc.)
- Strong clinical skills and experience with administering medications and treatments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in treatment environment.
