**Job Summary:**

Top leader in the travel industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Brand Marketing to lead their marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilties:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives

- Oversee all aspects of marketing including public relations, e-commerce, branding, and product management

- Lead the digital marketing team in creating engaging online campaigns

- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other tools to create compelling marketing materials

**Skills:**

- 10 years of proven experience within travel/hospitality industry.

- Excellent skills and experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns

- Experience in collaborating with marketing agencies.

- Strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within a marketing context

- Ability to stigmatize products effectively in the market

- Experience in product management and understanding of market dynamics
