Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assisting with their inquiries and needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Process online orders and arrange for shipping or pickup
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively sell products and upsell additional items
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of print sales or technical sales is an asset
