We are looking for entry level sales people who are ready to take on the challenge of a high growth but highly rewarding work environment. Our door to door salespeople must enjoy talking to everyone and have a strong passion for relationships. We offer a salary ($30K) for a part-time position (32 hours per week) with benefits. You will have high commission and high bonus opportunities in addition to your salary, along with mileage reimbursement. The commission and bonus make up a big position of pay so you can expect to earn $50,000 to $100,000 per year. You will work Monday Through Friday (NO WEEKENDS).

The Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods and talk to homeowners about the status of their roof and any potential ongoing project
• Generate leads by setting up free in-home inspections
• Accurately track leads and appointments
• Build rapport and trust with Homeowners
• Educate homeowners on the potential for a roof claim and benefits of using Phoenix Exteriors
• Ensure professional and prompt communication to both customers and teammates
• Attend daily team rallies to build excitement and culture before knocking individually in the field
• Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of the functions and utility of our products and services
• Identify and understand homeowner’s product or service needs and communicate their needs with Outside Sales Representative
• Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or the Owner

Requirements

The Qualifications:

• Prior door knocking experience is highly preferred but any sales or service experience will be considered
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to walk outside for extended periods of time (at least 75% of the time)
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work
• Must be highly motivated and personable
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
• BS/BA preferred, but not required
