Starting Rate: $19.00-$20.00 with additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for night shift

Base Hours: Day Shift-

Wednesday-Saturday (every other Wednesday) 7:00am-7:00pm

Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr. Hagerstown, MD 21742

As our Converting Operator , you will:

Produce sheeted paper for the press room to meet all orders received on a timely basis; Support and assist other members of the sheeting department to ensure production goals are met while following all safety and quality control procedures.

· Operate sheeter following established SOPs for the department

· Perform PMs on machine and complete basic maintenance

· Assist floor personnel

· Regularly check paper for product quality

· Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures

· All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 45-60 pounds, stand/walk for 12 hours and push/pull up to 1100lbs with use of a manual pallet jack

· Must be able to work in varying conditions

Qualifications:

· Ability to read and understand written instructions, perform basic math, and read a ruler

· High levels of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

· Ability to work as a team

· High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

· 6 months – 1 year of experience operating a stand up forklift or electric pallet jack and other machinery
