Starting Rate: $21.50-$24.00 with additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for night shift

Base Hours: Day Shift-

Sunday-Wednesday (every other Wednesday) 7:00am – 7:00pm

Wednesday-Saturday (every other Wednesday) 7:00am-7:00pm

Night Shift-

Monday-Thursday 7:00pm-7:00am

As our Press Operator 1, you will:

Interprets written job instructions to apply protective coatings and/or special effects on printed products while following all safety and quality control standards.

· Confirm screen print matches customer specifications and set up job/machine accordingly to accurately print and maintain quality standard set by customer

· Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures

· All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 12 hours, and bend/reach for extended periods of time

· May be exposed to liquid chemicals and damp environments

· Previous experience with printing/screen printing preferred

Qualifications:

· Ability to read and understand written instructions and perform basic math

· High levels of attention to detail

· Ability to work as a team and provide direction

· 2 years of experience operating machinery

· High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
