Phoenix Behavioral Health, a outpatient treatment provider for mental health and substance use disorders, is seeking an Operations Specialist to support in day to day management and support for the Ewing NJ and Cherry Hill NJ office location. The Operations Specialist will be based out of the Phoenix Ewing office with a requirement to travel to the Cherry Hill outpatient site routinely to build relationships with the treatment teams, provide support, identify operational gaps, ensure operational processes are being followed, and implement new or adjusted processes/protocols. The Operations Specialist will collaborate and be part of the with corporate leadership team in addition to working directly with site staff on issues related to clinical and financial operations, compliance and quality assurance, and other areas of development.

The Operations Specialist will assist and support:

* Compliance needs

* Ensuring the proper resourcing occurs to meet site specific needs

* Onboarding/Hiring/Orientation needs of staff

* Psychiatric Scheduling

* Supporting staff Transportation needs and vehicle maintenance 

* Staff Training/Development

* Enhancing or creating systems, processes and workflows

* Vendor management

* Other duties as assigned
