Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Phoenix Agrotech, LLC is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper for the day-to-day accounting duties of the company utilizing QuickBooks Online.

Full-Charge Bookkeeper would be responsible for:

· Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger.

· Maintaining and reviewing chart of accounts

· Reviewing and reconciling bank statement on a monthly basis

· Coding and processing accounts payable

· Reviewing credit card statements, collect receipts, code and pay on time

· Working with CFO on day to day entries

· Providing tax professionals information needed for fiscal-year end close and for tax filings

· Managing accounting and human resource personnel

· Providing ownership with analysis in regard to the growing operations

· Reviewing/processing payroll, payroll tax payments and other payroll liabilities

· Assisting the sales department with invoicing and reviewing the A/R aging report

· Utilize QuickBooks Online to provide Ownership/Management reports of the operation.

Qualified applicants must have:

· 3-5 years of Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager Experience

· Agricultural experience desired

· Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Familiarity with Paychex Payroll and Timekeeping

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Competent in data reporting and analysis

This is an on-site full-time position, exempt position reporting to the ownership

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE
