Responsibilities for a Regional Executive Chef with Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for managing the assigned campus -Culinary Services Department. Implementing the facilities' food services program and department strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; organizing the work and activities of the department; communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports.
Requirements for a Regional Executive Chef with Phoebe Allentown:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Associate or bachelor's Degree in field of (Culinary, Hospitality or Dietitian).
• Required to travel to multiple facilities and provide coverage as needed.
• Experience in healthcare culinary services preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager and Serve Safe Certified.
