General Responsibilities

Administers prescribed medications, including I.V. fluids, and performs treatments. Assesses residents’ physical, medical, and emotional needs and records resident conditions electronically, develop and revise care plan as needed. Accompanies and assists physician on rounds. Oversees the care delivery of assigned nursing unit. Reports pertinent information to the unit manager or supervisor Demonstrates knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and incompatibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as an LPN
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in related positions preferred.
• Supervisory skills sufficient to manage a small group of employees
