Key Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse License in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Commitment to providing exceptional nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

Primary Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide direct patient care in a home environment
• Implement physicians' prescribed care plans and maintain accurate documentation in the system of record
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Promote health and provide education and training to family members
