Phoebe, a premier provider of high quality nursing and rehabilitative health care services to older adults, is seeking a compassionate, caring, and experienced Executive Director to be responsible for development and achievement of all campus outcomes and metrics and who is interested in joining our dedicated team at our Allentown campus.

Skills crucial to success in this role:
- Responsible for development and achievement of all campus outcomes and metrics.
- Achievement in outcomes/metrics will result in positive movement of the organizational strategic goals; Resource Stewardship, Organizational Growth, Empowered Team Members, and Customer Driven Culture.
- Ensuring the departments are operating in compliance with established policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; Vision and Values of Phoebe Ministries and current applicable federal, state, and local laws; developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the annual operating plan.
- Directing and supervising assigned personnel.
- Communicating and interfacing with appropriate personnel; providing periodic management reports and daily problem solving.
- Resource initiatives for continuous quality improvement concentrating on new programs, supporting customer driven culture and care.
Must Have's:
- BA or BS degree in Health Care Administration or related field
- Current PA nursing home administrator’s license required
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a multi-department combined long term care business operation preferably in a CCRC setting
- Experience in clinical program development, dementia, and end of life care
- Valid PA Driver’s License
