Job Overview:

The part-time Data Support Assistant is responsible for managing and preparing the data to support the evaluation of the DHS Parenting Collaborative (PC) program.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and log intake forms, pre and post surveys.
• Type in data quickly and efficiently.
• Match and data enter additional non-demographic parenting education data to the results.
• Ensure that the data entered can be successfully imported into SPSS software for PHMC to perform an effective analysis.
• Provide occasional administrative support.

Education and Skills Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Some college preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Technology skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay Grade: 11
