The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics located in Haskell, NJ is looking for a Part-time Receptionist to manage our busy front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

• Operate telephone: answer, screen, and forward calls. Provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments
• Greet visitors entering facility, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Assist with clerical duties as needed

Qualifications of the Receptionist:

• Hours of the position are 3pm-8pm on weekdays and 8am-8pm on Sundays
• Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/ phone skills
• Computer and prior office experience
