Position Overview:
The Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support a capable, engaged, and energetic employee community. The incumbent will have primary responsibility for recruiting new staff, facilitating management training, providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance management practices, conducting "stay" and exit interviews and participate in the creation, implementation and sustainability of organizational employee satisfaction initiatives.Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):Performance Management
