Kinetix is Hiring a Senior Decision Support Analyst Near Houston, TX
We are looking for a Senior Decision Support Analyst. The Analyst is to maintain a framework in which the Hospital's financial and statistical performance can be continually measured.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance, development and use of the Decision Support System.
- Monitor and review financial and statistical trends.
- Performs special projects as required by supervisor and executives.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), knowledge of budgeting processes and principles, knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling and reporting principles, and cost accounting processes and principles.
Use of Microsoft applications including Excel (intermediate level proficiency or above required).
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential; ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively.
Requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting)
Experience
- 5 years decision support and/or costing accounting experience in a health-related organization
