• Will gain experience in many facets of collections stewardship and care of archaeological and Native American cultural collections.
• Support the collections department through inventory work, rehousing and creation of custom housing mounts, data entry, conservation evaluation, and other collections related projects at time permits.
• Exposure to NAGPRA and Duty of Care compliance work with collections.

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from an MA program in museum studies, history, or archaeology
• Ability to work independently and adhere to an established schedule and work plan
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Team focused approach and positive attitude
