Job Locations in Virginia for Day Shift (Monday-Friday): Shifts: 9AM-5/6PM

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with our clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship
• Assist with meal prep/feeding
• Diaper changes
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities to enhance fine/gross motor skills
• Plan and facilitate indoor/outdoor activities
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of formal childcare experience
• Comfortable working with the following age groups: Infant, Preschool, Toddler, Grade School
• High school diploma/GED
• First Aid Training, CPR Training
• Three excellent references
• Excellent interpersonal skills
