Job Details: Provide care for the elderly in Clinton, Maryland. Shifts are from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
• Offer companionship and basic care to clients
• Establish rapport with clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Assist in transporting clients for errands, doctor appointments, and social activities
• Paid training provided to all Care Advocates to stay updated on the latest Home Care practices

Requirements:

• Active DC Home Health Aide license
• 2 years or more of experience in Home Health Aid and Caregiving
• Must be 18 years or older
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• COVID vaccinated with booster(s)
• Current TB, CPR, and health screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in teams
• Enjoy spending time with seniors!
