We are looking for an individual who has a passion for cycling or mountain bike riding and is willing to help our team with daily tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers during the shopping experience, including cashier and sales work. This position requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to process transactions accurately. The right candidate will have a background in retail sales and outdoor recerations with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Engage customers in a way that's relevant to their needs.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Present accurate information.
• Deliver a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
• Recognize and respond to customer needs and feelings in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
