Overview:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to each customer while maintaining an environment that meets or exceeds Philbricks Ski Board and Bike standards, including selling, and assisting in managing inventory and margin goals.

This person must have a basic mechanical understanding of how both bike and ski gear functions and be able to answer basic service related.

Required Experience: Actively participates regularly in both cycling and skiing

Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 7p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available minimum of three weekends a month. Average hours per week is 40-45 hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
