Job Description
Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00a.m. to 5:00pm (No evenings or weekends)
Department: Behavioral Health
Clinical Site: Diana Baldwin Clinic (1211 Chestnut Street, 6th Floor)
Supervisor: Chief, Behavioral Health
Full-Time, 40 hours per week; Exempt
This is an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide quality behavioral health services in a small and supportive clinic.
Organization Background
Philadelphia FIGHT, initially founded in 1990 as a comprehensive AIDS service organization, is now a Federally Qualified Health Center with five clinical sites, providing access to state-of-the art, culturally competent primary care, advocacy, social services, consumer education, and outreach for all patients in need. The Diana Baldwin Clinic is focused on offering quality, strengths-based clinical services using evidence-based modalities. We encourage our therapists to use creativity and collaboration with others to provide sound therapeutic treatment. Our office environment has a professional and supportive team atmosphere, with staff that has valuable insight into the human experience, who are open to continuous learning, and who value both their colleagues and clients they serve.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working with multiple diagnoses and gender identity/sexual orientation concerns.

Initial probationary period is three months.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
