Currently looking for an experience real estate accountant/controller to handle full cycle accounting for a real estate company

- Experience with real estate and construction accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to identify, review and investigate problems
The fixtures
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess good time management skills
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Firm understanding of deadline accountability
- Ability to multi-task
The upgrades
- Compensation will be fair and commensurate with experience,
- ranging from $65,000-$85,000 annual salary
