Marketing Director

This role is for Zerova Technologies, a subsidiary of Phihong USA. Zerova Technologies, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our global marketing efforts. The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing strategy, communications, and product marketing, working closely with the global marketing team in Taiwan and the USA team to promote Zerova’s innovative products.

Zerova Technologies designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of EV charging solutions, leveraging over 50 years of experience in power product manufacturing as a subsidiary of Phihong Technology. Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the B2B marketing and communication strategy for Zerova Technologies on a global level.
• Analyze marketing data to identify key insights, market trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Zerova brand message in the EV charging market.
• Lead product marketing strategy, working closely with sales to identify and attract the right customers for new products.
• Define product positioning and ensure alignment with the needs of target audiences.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
• Oversee integrated communications, media strategy, and plans.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets.
• Manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, including presentation materials.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal sales teams and communicate with sales leaders about event implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/marketing communications or public relations management, either in-house or with an agency.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in market research.
• Experience in public speaking and demonstrated project management capability preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences.
