The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an integral part of our Human Resources team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.
Position DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and retaining diverse top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. This position will be responsible for partnering with our HR Business Partners and hiring managers to source, attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for all US based roles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Engage with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs and objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads, to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Solicit and provide timely feedback regarding candidates to determine next steps.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Work with HR Business partners to schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Experience in recruitment for production/manufacturing positions is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn as a primary recruiting source and familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights and analytics.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions across different functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
  • Passion for animal health and a commitment to Phibro's mission and values.
