What You'll Do:
- Drive Phelps County Bank’s brand awareness and expand our market share across various digital and traditional channels including video, radio, print ads, billboards, direct mail, and more.
- Look for growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Engage social media to tell our unique story, interact with the community, and be a positive voice in our community.
- Champion Phelps County Bank's voice and values, creating an emotional connection with both our current customers and potential new customers.
- Be an ambassador in our community through leadership, volunteer work, and a desire to give back.
What You'll Bring:
- A love for tackling challenges head-on.
- A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic design, communications, or journalism.
- A minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience with a track record of successful campaigns.
