Our client in Harris, NY is seeking New Graduate RN's & LPN's , this is a temp to perm opportunity with EXCELLENT BENEFITS.

• Certified OPWDD Provider
• Large residential facility that functions like a skilled nursing facility; providing Intensive nursing services to non-ambulatory.
• Intermediate Treatment facility – direct nursing services.
• Their buildings are located on a campus and can range from 5 beds to 16 beds.
• Population – Students or adults with autism (some are very severe and profound) Age range 8 years old up to 89 years old.
• Holistic nursing model.

RNs/LPNs

• Settings can vary from medical, psychiatric, and case management.
• Three 12 hours shifts per week (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am) with rotating weekends & holidays ***Night differential pay available**
• Case Management hours: 4 x 10hrs shifts with flexibility of start and end times
• RN OPWDD experience preferred. Willing to take new graduates.
• Food Philosophy – Creating a healthy environment for the individuals inside and out.
• Sigma Care is used for medical records.
