Seeking a Facilities Manager with comprehensive experience in engineering, technical
operations, safety, security management, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate
will have expertise in managing server rooms, electrical systems, HVAC, access control, and
video surveillance systems, with a specific proficiency in Siemens APOGEE or Insight systems.
This role involves extensive facility oversight, ensuring service quality and compliance with
operational standards through effective management of communications with building
management, cleaning services, security, and other related vendors. The Facilities Manager
will also perform administrative duties to address and resolve issues efficiently.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comprehensive Facility Oversight: Manage the maintenance, safety, and operation
of office environments, server rooms, electrical, and HVAC systems, along with
security systems like access control and video systems. Ensure the reliability and
optimal functionality of Building Management Systems and security systems.
Demonstrate the ability to independently use and monitor these systems for HVAC
optimization and effective security management.
Facility and Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for building
management, cleaning services, and facilities-related vendors, ensuring services
provided meet our quality standards and maintenance needs.
Financial and Contractual Oversight: Review and process facilities-related invoices,
negotiate service details and costs with vendors, and manage contracts to ensure they
are current. Oversee facilities-related expenses and budgeting to ensure efficient
resource allocation and alignment with strategic objectives.
Team Management and Workflow Optimization: Lead the Facilities team, optimizing
workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure the delivery of high-quality support and
services.
Security and building automation System Expertise: Maintain security systems
(access control and video camera system) to ensure their reliability and functionality,
familiar with building automation System (for example Siemens APOGEE or Insight
System) and adherence to modern security management practices.
Compliance and Safety Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
to ensure all facility and security systems comply with health, safety, and legal
standards.
Administrative and Strategic Planning: Handle administrative tasks and work with
management on strategic planning for maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to
meet evolving organizational needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, with
electrical qualifications preferred.
Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on technical operations,
security, safety, vendor communications, and team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to independently operate and monitor building automatic
systems and security systems.
A solid understanding of security management practices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor relationship
management.
Competence in administrative tasks, including handling invoices, contracts, and
vendor communications, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic
environment.
Proficiency in office software, particularly with strong Excel skills, to efficiently
manage data, reports, and analyses.
Professional certification in facilities management, security management, or a related
field is advantageous.

Risk Management:
Perform due diligence in daily job to monitor risks and to prevent risk events from
occurring. Manage daily responsibilities within risk governance framework, and
policies and procedures of the firm. Take responsibility for identifying and reporting
any risks.
Possesses the appropriate risk management and internal control capabilities/skill set
for the position.
Compliance & AML:
Perform daily role in line with the Company's policies, procedures, WSPs and in
compliance with applicable rules, laws and regulations to avoid and/or mitigate any
regulatory risks.
