Working under the direct supervision of the CEO, the Director of Finance will oversee the finance department as described below.

Primary Job Duties:

• Manages Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• General Company Accounting and Financial Management including Allocation of Costs across Multiple Entities 
• Creates and Processes Monthly Invoices for PharmD on Demand Clients
• Processes Bi-Weekly Payroll (Approve Timecards, Deductions, Pay Codes, Expense Reports, Wage and Hour Laws, Garnishments) 
• Oversees / Assists with Financial Aspects of Benefits (Payroll Updates, Invoice Reconciliation,1095s) 
• Assists with Financial Operations of Company 401(k) (Contributions, Loans) 
• Regular audits of invoices, files, and other items
• Other responsibilities as requested

• Ability to work with technology and learn new systems and processes
• Experience with G-suite and MS Office Suite
• Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
• Accounting or Finance Degree / Experience Preferred, but not required 

Position Details:

• Full-Time, 40-hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)
