Job Description
Energetic, growth focused local logistics firm that deals primarily in the railcar and commodity industry is seeking candidate for Sales Support/Logistics Coordinator. Candidate must have highly proficient communication skills and be organized and detailed oriented.
Candidate would work closely with the in-house team members to assist in tracking and following up on transactions for our rail logistics business. This will require the candidate to closely follow and track the deal-flow of the sales associates from start to finish and assist with other administrative functions such as billing/invoicing, and communication process with our customers and counterparties. Candidate would also assist with back office administration and learn all aspects of the business.
Candidate MUST possess advanced communication skills, be proficient in excel and spreadsheet programs, be willing to learn a new trade and have a “team-player” attitude. Experience in sales or logistics is preferred.

Salary range: $45,000- $60,000. Eligible for bonus and benefits after 6 months.
