Print Production Associate
The primary resource for advice on all document production needs of the Client (handouts, marketing collateral, badges, signage, event materials, outsourced materials) for both in-house printing and offset printing. Print Production Associate is the main focal point between the client and the in-house production team. Project manage all aspects of customer orders and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled. Aid customers with online web submission tools.
Print Production Associate Essential Job Functions:
Print Production Associate Qualifications/Skills:
· Excellent organization, communication (verbal & written), interpersonal skills.
· Must have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
· Ability to prioritize multiple priorities
· Ability to interact with internal team and Client
· Problem resolution and negotiation skills to ensure customer order requirements are met
· Perform duties with minimum supervision
· Previous Print Experience and Graphic Design Experience are preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
· Occasional driving may be required
· Flexibility in work hours and workdays Shift Hours (3 pm - 11 pm) M-F
· Must own a vehicle that can be used for travel between client locations with small deliveries.
· Must be a U.S. Citizen for the client’s badging process (an original or certified copy of your birth certificate or unexpired U.S. passport will be required upon picking up the badge)
· Must have an active driver’s license
· Must be able to pass a client background check, drug screening and be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
Print Production Associate Education & Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent is required
· Previous or current Customer Service Experience
· Print Background and Graphic Design Experience desired
