We are seeking Veterinary Assistants, Technicians, and Receptionists to join our team. As a Veterinary professional, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks. ```Duties```

- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

- Check-in and check-out clients and handle payment transactions

- Maintain accurate client records in our database

- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed

- Provide general information about our services and answer basic pet care questions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Animal husbandry: Knowledge of basic animal care practices, including feeding, grooming, and exercise

- Animal restraint: Ability to safely handle animals during examinations or procedures

- Veterinary critical care: Understanding of emergency veterinary procedures and protocols

- Pet care: Familiarity with common pet health issues, vaccinations, and preventative care measures

- Animal catheterization: Proficiency in placing catheters for fluid administration or blood collection

- X-Ray: Experience in positioning animals for X-ray imaging

- Veterinary terminology: Familiarity with medical terms used in veterinary practice

- Kennel: Knowledge of kennel management practices, including cleaning and disinfection protocols

- Laboratory: Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and specimen handling
