Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative is the center of communication and logistics between the doctor and the client. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, including scheduling and taking payment.

Essential Functions:

* Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and during high-stress situations.

* Manages lobby flow, addresses concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments.

* Assists with medication pickups, and routes incoming information to the correct person.

* Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.

* Assists with processing faxes, and maintaining records.

* Performes open and close duties at times, ensures transitions of phones to overnight call center and back

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Knowledge of clerical procedures and ability to organize files and records

* Excellent customer service skills, providing courteous and prompt assistance

* Accurate cash handling and cashiering abilities

* Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail

* Ability to work at a keyboard or workstation for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, assisting with intake of shipments

Schedule:

* 8-hour shift

* MWF

Pay Range

$17-$20 USD
