Pet Care Specialist Job Summary

Essential Functions: Statement(s)

- Giving food and water
- Administering medications
- General cleaning of pet rooms, play yards, and common area
- Monitoring and recording health and behavior or pets
- Pleasantly interact with pet owners during arrivals and departures

Skills & Abilities
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent or higher
- Computer Skills: Proficient keyboard skills
- Customer Service: Able to create pleasant interactions with customers
- Pet Experience: Past professional experience working with dogs and cats is strongly preferred

Shifts: This ad is being used to look for team members to fill our closing shiftfrom 12:00pm - 9:00pm; however, we also have shifts available including 6:00am - 3:00pm, 7:00am - 4:00pm, & 9:00am - 6:00pm. Some weekend availability required.

Pay: Our Base Pay starts at $12.30 - $14.30 per hour based on experience, but you will receive tips on top of that base rate. Tips average between $1/hr to $2/hr depending on the time of year. Pay will be starting at roughly $13.30 per hour to $16.30 per hour with base rate and tips included!We also have a raise structure that allows for quick movement.
