We are looking to accelerate our significant growth by hiring an enthusiastic email marketer as our new Email Marketing Associate.

As an Email Marketing Associate with a primary focus on email marketing, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our email campaigns. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our communications are engaging, on-brand, and drive results. In addition to email marketing, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to other marketing initiatives such as project occasional management and additional copywriting for blogs and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Build (HTML experience preferred), QA, and deploy email campaigns in accordance with campaign schedules and best practices 
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure all email assets are visually compelling and on-brand.
• Craft compelling and persuasive copy for email campaigns, maintaining consistency with brand voice and messaging.
• Assist in the creation of content for blogs and social media channels as needed.
• Focus specifically on email elements related to lead nurturing and new customer acquisition.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience managing an email marketing program is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. 
• Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms. (eh: Klaviyo, Braze, etc.)
• General understanding of email regulations, best practices, and compliance within the US. 
• Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch.
• HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.
• Experience using Liquid and similar conditional languages.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in data analytics to determine important data and be able to suggest improvements.
• Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database.
